REFUND POLICY

Pre-Launch Deposits
The $49 founding-member deposit is fully refundable at any time before the product launches. To request a refund, email hello@texasheatlog.com. Refunds are processed within 5 business days, no questions asked.
Monthly Subscriptions
Once the product has launched and your subscription is active, monthly fees are non-refundable for the current billing period. You may cancel at any time and will retain access through the end of the period you have paid for.
How to Request a Refund
Email hello@texasheatlog.com with your name and the email address used at checkout. We will confirm your refund within 1 business day and process it within 5 business days.
