TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Agreement

By accessing texasheatlog.com or using TexasHeatLog services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

TexasHeatLog provides a heat-safety compliance logbook for Texas trade contractors. The service allows foremen and safety coordinators to document daily heat-index readings, water and shade availability, break schedules, crew counts, and incident reports.

3. Pre-Launch Deposits

During the pre-launch period, TexasHeatLog collects a fully refundable $49 founding-member deposit to reserve access and lock founding pricing. This deposit does not constitute a subscription and no monthly charges will be made until the product launches. Deposits are refundable in full upon request at any time before launch.

4. Subscriptions

Upon product launch, founding members will be converted to monthly subscriptions at their reserved founding rate. Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable for the current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use TexasHeatLog only for lawful purposes. You may not use the service to store false safety records, misrepresent compliance, or circumvent workplace safety regulations.

6. Data and Records

Your safety logs and records belong to you. TexasHeatLog does not sell, share, or use your safety data for any purpose other than providing the service. You may export and delete your data at any time.

7. Disclaimer

TexasHeatLog is a documentation tool, not a legal compliance service. Using TexasHeatLog does not guarantee compliance with any federal, state, or local law or regulation. Information provided through the service is general in nature and does not constitute legal advice. Consult a qualified attorney for legal guidance specific to your situation.

8. Limitation of Liability

TexasHeatLog shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to TexasHeatLog in the 12 months preceding any claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify active subscribers of material changes by email.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Harris County, Texas.
